Energy Performance Certificates can provide you with fully certified local assessors to carry out a professional and evaluated assessment of your property to produce a clear and detailed energy performance certificate.

Once you have decided to obtain an EPC, which is a necessity if you wish to sell, rent or lease your property. An assessor will contact you within 2 working days for a domestic EPC inspection and within 24 hours for a commercial EPC.

The timescale is slightly different for these EPC’s but with a similar procedure to carry out the assessment. Some of the information is gathered from facts you provide the assessor whilst the remaining detail is obtained from his inspection of key items at your property.

The domestic property EPC price starts from £36.00 depending on the area and type of building you have, whilst a commercial EPC begins at £149.00 + VAT. For landlords who own or rent multiple properties, Energy Performance Certificates will offer discounted prices. These can be discussed further by telephone, so please call us on 0203 397 8220.

An energy performance certificate is effective for 10 years. However, if you have made any changes or modifications to your property within this period, we would suggest that you refresh your EPC, thus ensuring your property shows an up to date and correct efficiency level record.
